A Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) is a study that evaluates traffic generated with various types of developments based on the proposed land use. Depending on the size of the development, the TIA will help determine the design of a new transportation system as well as identifying what improvements may be necessary in order to maintain the level of service for existing roadways.<\/SPAN><\/P>
